  • ASSISTANT VETERINARY SURGEON (COMPANION ANIMALS)

    Our main tier-3 RCVS accredited Small Animal Hospital is based on the outskirts of Hook Norton. All of our surgeries boast state of the art equipment allowing us to offer ‘Gold Standard’ veterinary care including CT, endoscopy and surgical suites. At HNVG we pride ourselves on our client retention and clinical decision making, rather than focusing solely on achieving rigid sales targets.
    Job Role
    Due to business growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and dedicated team. We allow complete clinical freedom to manage and work up cases, with support and training from experienced vets, should the need arise. Mentoring is offered via designated internal staff and external support through the XLVets mentoring scheme.   • Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon oppertunities

    Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon: Branch Sole Charge

    Bishopton Veterinary Group is seeking one full-time or two part-time small animal vets to work at our Easingwold and Northallerton branches. The role would mostly be sole charge with good backup from our 24-hour hospital, including access to advanced imaging and certificate holders in surgery, medicine, ophthalmology and dermatology.
    Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon: Weekend Vet

    This position is to support our weekend daytime service, but may include nightwork, we are flexible according to your needs. Our main hospital is based in the beautiful city of Ripon in North Yorkshirewith additional branches at Pateley Bridge, Easingwold and Northallerton. We are busy and well- equipped, with ICC cat friendly accreditation and we are proud to own one of the few feline radio- iodine treatment units in the U.K. We have RCVS Advanced Practitioners in surgery, medicine and
    small animal practice as well as a visiting ophthalmologist, dermatologist, cardiologist, ultrasonographer, MRI and CT scanner.

    Veterinary Nurse Opportunities at Priory Veterinary Group
    We are expanding our nursing team and have opportunities for Trainee Veterinary Nurses to join our busy veterinary Hospital in Christchurch.
     
     This is a full time position including night, weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis.  This is a great opportunity to work in an independent veterinary hospital with an exceptionally high standard of care. We are an accredited RCVS Training Hospital and you will have the opportunity to complete your Veterinary Nursing qualification.
     
    The minimum age for the position is 18yrs, and you will need to have 5 GCSEs including Maths, English and Science at level 5 or above. Previous animal care experience, either employed or voluntary is essential. You will need to be hard working and committed to animal care with a strong sense of fun and teamwork.  In addition, we also welcome applications from qualified VNs.
